About some questions of transportation of coal
According to Articles 29, 47 Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Impose temporary ban for a period of six months on the coal export (classified by codes 2701 and 2702 of the CN FEA EEU) from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic road transport (except for automobile check points "Irkeshtam-avtodorozhny" and "Torugart-avtodorozhny").
2. Determine that the restriction specified in Item 1 of this resolution does not extend to Kyrgyzkomur open joint stock company when implementing of coal export by it (the CN FEA EEU classified by codes 2701 and 2702) road transport through check points on Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for the automobile check point "Dostuk-avtodorozhny".
3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days before the date of entry into force of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
5. To the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Border service of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
6. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of transportation of coal" of June 21, 2025 No. 357.
7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
8. This resolution becomes effective after three days from the date of official publication.
