1. Draw the attention of courts that the correct application of the penal statute about responsibility for the crimes provided by articles 166-170 UK is one of important remedies of the rights and freedoms of citizens, their life and health, moral and physical development of minors, it is directed to the prevention of criminal encroachments, promotes strengthening of legality and law and order.
