1. According to part 4 of article 1.1 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 255-FZ "About compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood" to make in the territory of the Russian Federation experiment according to the voluntary introduction of separate categories of citizens in legal relationship on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability (further - experiment).
2. The experiment is made till December 31, 2028 inclusive.
3. Participants of experiment are:
1) the physical persons which are applying special tax regime "Tax on the professional income" according to the Federal Law of November 27, 2018 No. 422-FZ "About the carrying out experiment on establishment of special tax regime "Tax on the professional income", who voluntarily entered legal relationship on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability according to the procedure established by this Federal Law (further also - insured persons);
2) Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities (further respectively - the insurer, territorial authorities of the insurer);
3) tax authorities.
4. The procedure for information exchange of the insurer, territorial authorities of the insurer with tax authorities on exchange of data for the purpose of accounting of insured persons, payment of insurance premiums and payment of insurance coverage is determined by the agreement between the insurer and federal executive body, the representative for control and supervision in the field of taxes and fees.

Document forms, the persons used by participants of experiment in case of registration who voluntarily entered legal relationship on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability, the termination of voluntary legal relationship on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability, change of the size of insurance sum, acquisition by insured person of the right to insurance coverage affirm the insurer.
1. For the purposes of this Federal Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) voluntary legal relationship on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability - legal relationship which arise between the insurer and insured person based on the statement of insured person and in which insured person assumes obligation on payment to the insurer of insurance premiums on voluntary legal relationship on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability in the amount of and procedure, established by this Federal Law and the insurer shall perform payment to insured person of insurance coverage in the form of temporary disability benefit in case of loss occurrence in the amount of and procedure, established by this Federal Law;
2) insured event on voluntary legal relationship on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability - accomplished fact with which approach there is obligation of the insurer to perform insurance coverage;
3) insurance premiums on voluntary legal relationship on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability (further - insurance premiums) - payments to the insurer which are made by insured persons and which frequency is determined according to part 6 of article 5 of this Federal Law;
4) insurance sum - sum of money proceeding from which the sizes of insurance premiums and insurance coverage in case of loss occurrence are determined;
5) rate of insurance premium - the rate of insurance premium established percentage of insurance sum.
2. Other concepts and terms used in this Federal Law are applied in that value in what they are used in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 255-FZ "About compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood".

Registration of the specified physical persons as insured persons is performed in territorial authorities of the insurer in the place of their residence.

The physical persons specified regarding 1 this Article, who are the individual entrepreneurs having the right to enter voluntarily at the choice or legal relationship on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability according to the procedure, established by this Federal Law, or in legal relationship on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 4.5 Federal Laws of December 29, 2006 No. 255-FZ "About compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood".
3. The application for the voluntary introduction on compulsory social insurance for case of temporary disability is submitted to legal relationship in writing on paper or in electronic form, including with use of the My Tax mobile application or the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" (further - the Single portal).
4. The application for the voluntary introduction in legal relationship on compulsory social insurance for case of temporary disability can be submitted to territorial authority of the insurer till September 30, 2027 inclusive.
