1) Article 1.1 to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. By the Federal Laws carrying out in the territory of the Russian Federation during the limited period of experiments according to the voluntary introduction of separate categories of citizens can be provided in legal relationship on compulsory social insurance in case of approach of separate insured events. The legal relationship arising during the specified experiments are regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood taking into account the features established by the Federal Laws on carrying out experiments. During the corresponding experiment, but not later than six months before its termination Government of the Russian Federation represents to the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the report on efficiency (inefficiency) of such experiment, and also the offer on prolongation of the period of its carrying out, on establishment by this Federal Law of the legal basis of the voluntary introduction of separate categories of citizens in legal relationship on compulsory social insurance in case of approach of separate insured events or about the termination of such experiment.";
