"18) about detention of the convict who disappeared for the purpose of evasion from serving sentence in the form of penalty, obligatory works, corrective works or restriction of freedom, or the convict evading from serving of forced labor in the cases specified in part one of article 60.17 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation before consideration of the question specified in Item 2 or 2.1 of this Article, but no more than for 30 days;".
This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
