Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2024 No. 754 "About placement of stationary means of fixing, portable means of fixing or mobile means of fixing" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 24, the Art. 3303).

1. In the Rules of placement of stationary means of fixing, portable means of fixing or mobile means of fixing approved by the specified resolution:
a) the ninth Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"reasons for placement of stationary means of fixing and portable means of fixing;";
b) in the offer the second Item 9 of the word "mobile means of fixing" to exclude.
2. In standard form of the devolution agreement of stationary, portable or mobile means of fixing to authorized bodies of the executive authority of subjects of the Russian Federation on which territory highways and street road net on which such stationary, portable or mobile means of fixing, the decision on which use on highways and street road net was accepted till September 1, 2024, are used run, and about execution by these bodies concerning such stationary, portable or mobile means of fixing of their powers provided by subitems "an" - "in" Item 2 of part 9 and Item 1 of part 10 of article 22.1 of the Federal law "About Highways and about Road Activities in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" approved by the specified resolution:
