About change of the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2015 No. 11

1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2015 No. 11 "About approval of the Instruction about the bases of appointment and procedure for technical inventory count of real estate, and also verification of characteristics of real estate when making registration actions" the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "the eleventh Article 12" shall be replaced with words "the tenth Article 14";
1.2. in the Instruction about the bases of appointment and procedure for technical inventory count of real estate, and also the verification of characteristics of real estate when making registration actions approved by this resolution:
1.2.1. add Item 3 with part of the following content:
"According to article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it" the authorized intermediary has the right to render to citizens, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities of service, connected with technical inventory count (verification of characteristics) of real estate, assignment, change, the termination of existence of addresses of real estate by means of electronic interaction with the organizations for state registration.";
1.2.2. state Item 9 in the following edition:
