About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 25, 2025 No. 1105

1. Bring in Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 25, 2025 No. 1105 "About measures of support of the organizations of coal industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 30, the Art. 4606) the following changes:
a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "November 30, 2025." "on February 28, 2026", shall be replaced with words the words "from June to October (inclusive) 2025." "from June, 2025 to January, 2026 (inclusive)";
b) in paragraphs three and the fourth shall be replaced with words the words "November 30, 2025." "on February 28, 2026".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since December 1, 2025.
