About introduction of amendments to the Resolution NARE No. 356 of 18.06.2024 about approval of tariff coefficients which follow to be applied on price fixation on delivery of electrical energy to the final consumers involved in indicative projects
Based on the p. b) item 16 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on regulation in power approved by the Resolution of Parliament No. 334/2018, according to h (16-1) Laws No. 107/2016 on the electric power and the explanatory note developed by Department of electrical and renewable energy of NARE, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. In item 1 of the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 356 of June 18, 2024. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 264-267, of Art. 467 of 21.06.2024) to make the following changes:
The phrase "00:00-06:00" to replace 1) with the phrase "23:00-07:00",
The phrase "06:00-11:00" to replace 2) with the phrase "07:00-11:00",
The phrase "16:00-00:00" to replace 3) with the phrase "16:00-23:00",
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. This resolution can be protested in the publishing body within 30 days from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
