About introduction of amendments to the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 559-O/2023 on procedure for declaring and customs control of the international mailings
According to Art. 6 of h (9) lit.g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 143), with subsequent changes, item 843 of the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 about application of the Customs code No. 95/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, 193), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 93-96,:
1. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 527-531, of Art. 1322 of 30.12.2023) to make the following changes to the order of the director of Customs Service No. 559-O/2023 on procedure for declaring and customs control of the international mailings:
add with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1 Physical persons as the alternative procedure till September 30, 2025 are allowed to use the form of the post customs declaration on paper in situations, stipulated in Item 23 and Item 24 of appendix No. 1 to the order, according to the procedure, established by appendix No. 3";
add with appendix No. 3 of the following content:
"Appendix No. 3
to the Order of the director of Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova of 28.12.2023 No. 559-O
1. In case of the choice of declaring of the international mailings with use of the post customs declaration on paper the customs applicant - the physical person fills in the post customs declaration according to the Management on the filling of the post customs declaration on paper given in appendix No. 1.
2. The post customs declaration on paper moves physical person customs applicant on specialized customs post (Customs post 4, (PVI, Posta), to the corresponding supplier of post services.
