About modification of subsection 4.4 of the qualifier of privileges on customs payment

According to Item 2 of Article 8 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Item 4.4.1 of subsection 4.4 of the qualifier of privileges on customs payment (Appendix 7 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 378) after line item with the AZ code to add No. with line item of the following content:

"Exemption of the VAT concerning the engines imported into the Russian Federation, spare parts and components intended for construction, repair and (or) upgrade in the territory of the Russian Federation of pilotless civil aircrafts with the maximum take-off weight from kilogram 0,15 to 30 kilograms, and also the printing editions, prototypes and (or) their components necessary for development, creation and (or) testing of the specified pilotless civil aircrafts and (or) engines

BZ".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
