1.3. in Regulations on the procedure for completion, storage, realization, transportation, packaging, marking of seeds of agricultural plants approved by this resolution:
in paragraph eight of Item 2 of the word "the producer and (or) the seller" shall be replaced with words "the producer, the seller";
