About some questions of digitalization in the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of ensuring transition to platform model of digitalization, exception of duplication of the state functions and optimization of budgeted expenses of POSTANOVLYAYU:

1. Impose since January 1, 2026 the moratorium on creation of new objects of informatization of state bodies and subjects of the quasi-public sector out of information and communication platform of "the electronic government" QazTech" (further - the QazTech platform).

2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of impossibility of development of new objects of informatization of state bodies and subjects of the quasi-public sector on the QazTech platform to provide removal of each case at consideration of the Commission in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning implementation of digitalization in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local executive bodies and subjects of the quasi-public sector to take the necessary measures following from this Decree.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
