About establishment of indicative rates and discount rates for government assistance
Based on part (1) article 15 of the Law on government assistance No. 139/2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 166-169, 565), with subsequent changes, and in view of Item 10 of Methodology of establishment of indicative rates and discount rates for the government assistance approved by the Resolution of the Plenum of Competition council No. 07/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, 770), from May 1, 2025 till December 31 2025, the Plenum of Competition council, DECIDES: Art. No. 414-417,
1. Establish updated basic rate for determination of indicative rates and discount rates for government assistance at the level of 10.55%.
2. Establish indicative rates:
2.1. for compensation of the illegal or illegally used government assistance at the level of 11.55%.
2.2. for cost determination of the government or little significant assistance provided in the form of loans on preferential interest rates or guarantees on favorable terms according to Item 13 of Methodology of establishment of indicative rates and discount rates for the government assistance approved by the Resolution of the Plenum of Competition council No. 07/2014.
3. Establish discount rate at the level of 11.55%.
4. This resolution becomes effective since May 1, 2025.
5. From the date of entry into force of this resolution to declare invalid the Resolution of the Plenum of Competition council No. 10/2024 on establishment of indicative rates and discount rates for government assistance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 529-532, 988).
