About modification of the Regulations about the procedure of import/commodity exportation in/from free zones approved by the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 362-O/2024
Based on Item 483 of the Regulations on enforcement of the Customs code approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2023, No. 93-96, the Art. 193), with subsequent changes, according to Art. 6 of the h. (9) the item g) the Law No. 302/2017 on Customs Service (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2018, No. 68-76, 143) I ORDER to the Art.:
1. In the Regulations about the procedure of import/commodity exportation in/from free zones approved by the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 362-O/2024 (Monitorul Oficial al republicii Moldova, 2024, No. 440-443, of the Art. 830), to make the following changes:
1.1 In item 11 of the word "and cost" are excluded;
1.2 In item 12 of the word "on demand" are replaced with the word "trimestrialno";
1.3 In the item 24 after the word "access" the word "storage" is supplemented;
1.4 Item 56-1 of the following content is supplemented:
"56-1 based on the application submitted by the customs applicant it is allowed to change one or several data from the Notification on introduction and premium removal of accounting after its giving.";
1.5 Item 56-2 of the following content is supplemented:
"56-2 Any change cannot be performed after the Customs Service determined that data from the Notification on introduction and premium removal of accounting are wrong."
1.6 Item 57-1 of the following content is supplemented:
"57-1 Withdrawal notice from accounting does not move in commodity exportation cases from free zones in case of creation and giving to customs post of supervision of the documents mentioned in item 46";
1.6 Item 57-2 of the following content is supplemented:
