1. Determine that the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, provided by the Agreement begins to function on permanent basis from the effective date of this Decision.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 9 months from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the 1st following the specified date.
