Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 1, 11 and 13 parts I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 8, Article 478 (volume I); 2024, No. 3, Article 250, No. 7, article 770, No. 12 (book II), Article 1338; The Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 18, 2025 No. 158-VIIGD and of June 21, 2025 No. 216-VIIGD) the following changes:
1.1. Paragraphs of the sixth - the sixteenth to consider parts one of Article 6 respectively paragraphs the seventh - the seventeenth and to add with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
"In cases when new apartment houses and apartment apartment houses are under construction on the parcels of land which are in municipal property instead of the living areas destroyed or which became useless as a result of natural disaster, technogenic catastrophe or military operation (except for the territories exempted from occupation), provision of the parcels of land from state-owned property is performed at the cost pro rata to the municipality;";
1.2. Third parts six of Article 56 to add the paragraph with the second offer of the following content:
"This rule does not extend to provision of the parcels of land for construction of new apartment houses and apartment apartment houses instead of the living areas destroyed or which became useless as a result of natural disaster, technogenic catastrophe or military operation (except for the territories exempted from occupation).";
