Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 6 and 17 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Article 1. Make the following changes to the Code of civil procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Article 17 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 13, No. 4, Articles 362, 367, No. 5 (book I), article 484, No. 6 (book I), article 637, No. 12 (book I), Article 1283; The Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 28, 2025 No. 147-VIIQD, of April No. 172-VIIQD 11, of May No. 196-VIIQD 16 and of June No. 216-VIIQD) 21:
1.1. In Article 265.4 of the word "notifies the prosecutor" shall be replaced with words "directs materials to the prosecutor performing procedural management of preliminary inquiry";
1.2. Repeal Article 307.2.4.
