About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing of the Population"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 4 of the Law No. ZR-42 of March 4, 1996 "About medical care and servicing of the population" (further - the Law) shall be replaced with words the word of "residents" "residents (interns)".
Article 2. In article 35 of the Law:
1) regarding 3 words "average professional, and postgraduate professional" shall be replaced with words the highest "secondary professional and higher education, and also clinical internship (clinical residency)";
2) to state part 5 in the following edition:
"5. Procedure for the organization of postgraduate training in specialties of health sector, including the list of the main specialties, narrow and additional specializations, training types (clinical internship, training in narrow specialization), conditions and resulting effects of their organization and implementation affirm the Government on representation of authorized body in coordination with authorized body of public administration by education.".
Article 3. In article 35.1 of the Law:
1) in parts 1, of 8, of the 20th word "military-medical postdegree preparation" shall be replaced with words "additional postdegree training in military-medical specialties";
The word "postdegree" shall be replaced with words 2) in part 4 "postgraduate additional education";
3) to exclude the words "and postdegree professional" from part 7;
4) part 14 to recognize invalid;
5) in part 19 of the word "postgraduate professional education" shall be replaced with words "additional postgraduate education".
Article 4. In Item 1 of part 1 of article 35.5 of the law of the word "military-medical postdegree preparation" shall be replaced with words "additional postdegree training in military-medical specialties".
