1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2009 No. 3 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for documents acceptance, provided for implementation of state registration out of premises of the organization for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it" the following changes:
