1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of permission to production (catch) of water biological resources, suspensions of its action or its cancellation.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 15, 2022 No. 2066 "About registration, issue, registration, suspension of action and cancellation of permissions to production (catch) of water biological resources, and also about introduction of changes in them" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 47, the Art. 8225);

Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 2, 2023 No. 1621 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 41, the Art. 7334).

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026, except for the subitem "b" of Item 6 of the Rules approved by this resolution which becomes effective since March 1, 2027, and is effective till March 1, 2032, except for the subitem "an" of Item 6 of the Rules approved by this resolution which is effective till March 1, 2027.
