About modification of some regulations of National Bank of Moldova (licensing of department of the non-bank payment service provider created and licensed in the member state of the European Union)

1. In Item 2 of the Regulations on shares in non-bank payment service providers approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 9/2024 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, the Art. No. 32-35, 84) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1902, the text "The regulations about activities of non-bank payment service providers approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 217/2019 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 34-38, Art. 106), to replace with the text "Regulations about the licensing and registration of payment societies, the societies issuing electronic money, and suppliers of post services as payment service providers and/or issuers of electronic money approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 11/2024".
2. In the Regulations about licensing and registration of payment societies, the societies issuing electronic money, and suppliers of post services as payment service providers and/or issuers of electronic money approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 11/2024 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, No. 36-39, the Art. 89) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1904 of January 19, 2024 with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
2.1. in Item 2 after the text of "Art. 17" to add with the text ", 17-2";
2.2. in Item 8 the text "in Art. 17 and Art. 84" to replace with the text "depending on circumstances, in the station 17, Art. 17-2 or Art. 84";
