382-3) development and approval of rules of the organization, forming and functioning of single state management information system water supply and water disposal;";
add with subitem 421-1) of the following content:
"421-1) determinations of rules of provision of the built dwelling to the citizens who were left without dwelling as a result of emergency situation;";
add with subitems 452-11), 452-12), 452-13), 452-14), 452-15), 452-16) and 452-17) of the following content:
