About customs authority, competent to register customs declarations
Based on Item 2 of Article 93, of Item 3 of Article 185 and part one of Item 3 of article 187 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that customs authority, competent to register:
1.1. declarations on the goods given in the form of the electronic document when placing goods under customs procedures of release for internal consumption, customs warehouse, temporary import (admission), re-export the customs authority determined by information system of customs authorities in case of submission of such declarations on goods is;
1.2. the passenger customs declarations submitted in document type on paper for the purpose of release to free circulation of goods for private use the customs authority determined by the official of customs authority in case of submission of such passenger customs declarations is.
2. Determine that provisions of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution are not applied when placing goods:
2.1. under customs procedure of release for internal consumption with use of declarations on goods:
given for the purpose of completion of action of other customs procedure, except for customs procedure of customs warehouse;
given taking into account the features of customs declaring specified in paragraph three or the fourth Item 7 of Article 104 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union;
in which it is specified about change of payment due date of import customs duties;
