1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the register of residents of the international territory of the advancing development.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

Rules of maintaining the register of residents of the international territory of the advancing development

1. Maintaining the register of residents of the international territory of the advancing development (further - the register) is performed by managing company of the international territory of the advancing development (further - managing company).

2. The register contains the information about residents of the international territory of the advancing development electronically.

3. The information about residents of the international territory of the advancing development containing in the register is not subject to placement in open access.

4. When entering information about residents of the international territory of the advancing development into the register registration number with indication of date of entering into the register of data on assignment of resident status of the international territory of the advancing development is assigned to resident of the international territory of the advancing development.

5. The register contains:

a) the name of the legal entity, the address within the location, the e-mail address (in the presence);

b) identification taxpayer number;

c) primary state registration number;

d) registration number of entering into the register of information about the resident of the international territory of the advancing development;

e) date of entering into the register of information about the resident of the international territory of the advancing development;

e) the name of the international territory of the advancing development in which borders implementation of activities by the resident of the international territory of the advancing development is planned;

g) agreement number about implementation of activities in the international territory of the advancing development (further - the agreement on activities implementation);

h) date of agreement signature about activities implementation;

i) type (types) of the economic activity performed by resident of the international territory of the advancing development;

j) certificate number, person certifying registration as resident of the international territory of the advancing development;

k) the duration of the agreement about activities implementation;

l) date and number of the supplementary agreement to the agreement on activities implementation (in case of the conclusion of the supplementary agreement);

m) agreement number about agreement cancelation about activities implementation;

o) signature date of the agreement on agreement cancelation about activities implementation;

o) number of the judgment about agreement cancelation about activities implementation;

p) date of the introduction in legal force of the judgment about agreement cancelation about activities implementation;

c) the bases of the termination of the duration of the agreement about activities implementation;

r) expiry date of the agreement on activities implementation;

s) record about the termination of activities of the legal entity as resident of the international territory of the advancing development.

6. The managing company provides entering into the register in time which is not exceeding 3 working days from the date of:

a) agreement signatures about activities implementation (the supplementary agreement to the agreement on activities implementation), - the data specified in subitems "a" - "m" of Item 5 of these rules;

b) signings by agreement parties about agreement cancelation about activities implementation, - the data specified in subitems "n", "o" and "y" of Item 5 of these rules;

c) introductions in legal force of the judgment about agreement cancelation about activities implementation, - the data specified in subitems "p", "p" and "y" of Item 5 of these rules;

d) the terminations of the duration of the agreement about activities implementation, - the data specified in subitems "c", "t" and "y" of Item 5 of these rules.
