About modification of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 28, 2024 No. 470
According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. "About Rates of import customs duties of the Republic of Tajikistan" to approve the Pottery group 69 of appendix 1 to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 470 of August 28, 2024 in the new edition it (is applied).
2. To industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide reasons for influence of negative effects of import of tile and seranit on domestic manufacturers for further transfer to the secretariat of the World Trade Organization and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to inform the secretariat of the World Trade Organization and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this resolution.
4. Enact this resolution since December 1, 2025.
