About entering of amendments into the Law "About Public Welfare Payments"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on September 11, 2025
Article 1. No. ZR-154 "About public welfare payments" (further - the Law) after the words "with resident day instruction" to add Item 2 of part 1 of article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 12, 2013 with words ", in case of the higher education - with full load".
Article 2. To add part 3 of article 33 of the Law after the words "with resident (day) instruction" with words ", in case of the higher education - with full load".
Article 3. To add article 39 of the law with part 17 of the following content:
"17. The provisions of this law concerning pupils of the second and third levels of the higher education with resident instruction with total load extend also to pupils with internal higher education, and also in magistracy and postgraduate study to the terms established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the higher education and science" and the subordinate regulatory legal acts following from it.".
Article 4. This law becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
