About introduction of amendments to the Law on protection of non-material cultural heritage No. 58/2012
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on protection of non-material cultural heritage No. 58/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 76-80, 255), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law of the word "Representative List of Non-material Cultural Heritage of Mankind" and "List of the Non-material Cultural Heritage Needing Urgent Protection" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "The representative list of UNESCO of non-material cultural heritage of mankind" and "The list of UNESCO of the non-material cultural heritage needing urgent protection" respectively in the corresponding case.
2. In Article 3:
Item and) to state in the following edition:
"a) non-material cultural heritage - set of the authentic elements of traditional culture which are of historical and cultural value, transferred from generation to generation in oral form, expressed in literary, musical, choreographic or theatrical forms and also complex the practician, vital representations, expressions, knowledge and skills in total with tools, craft products or technical constructions, artifacts, specific clothes, accessories and cultural spaces inherent in them which are perceived by communities, groups and on circumstances individuals as integral part of their cultural heritage;";
add Article with Item with 1) of the following content:
"with 1) the territorial register of non-material cultural heritage - inventory record in which the elements of non-material cultural heritage specific to local communities are considered;";
in Item g) after the words "in the National register of non-material cultural heritage" to add with the words "or in territorial registers of non-material cultural heritage";
add Article with Item i) the following content:
