Based on Item 16 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 No. 93 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy", subitem 2.9 of Item 2, of subitems 3.1 and 3.2 of Item 3 of Article 6, No. 226-Z "About currency control and currency exchange control" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE parts two of Item 5 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. for office use;
1.2. in part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2024 "About carrying out currency transactions" figures "2025" to replace No. 231/12 with figures "2026".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
