Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on licensing of field service of arms and military equipment approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2021 No. 2118 "About licensing of field service of arms and military equipment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 49, Art. 8304; 2022, No. 11, Art. 1710):

a) state Item 24 in the following edition:

"24. The preventive visit is conducted by the officials of regulatory (supervising) authority authorized on implementation of licensed control, in the form of preventive conversation in the place of implementation of activities of the licensee or by use of video conferencing or developed based on the state information system of the software applied by regulatory (supervising) authorities and controlled persons with use of the computer device (the mobile phone, the smartphone or the computer, including the tablet computer) (further - the Inspector mobile application).

The preventive visit is conducted at the initiative of regulatory (supervising) authority (obligatory preventive visit) or at the initiative of the licensee.

The obligatory preventive visit is conducted in the cases provided by Items 1 and 4 of part 1 of article 52.1 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation", according to the procedure, provided by the specified Article.
