About approval of the Technique of determination of rates for electrical energy

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Technique of determination of rates for electrical energy, according to appendix.

2. To management of state policy in power industry:

- within three days from the date of registration of this order to take measures for its official publication according to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sources of official publication of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 26, 2010 No. 117;

- within three working days from the date of official publication to send to the copy of regulatory legal act in duplicate in the state and official languages, on paper and electronic carriers with indication of information on source of its publication to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- within three working days from the date of entry into force to send to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic for information.

3. Declare invalid the order of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Technique of determination of cost and forming of rates for electrical energy" of November 24, 2016 No. 4.

4. This order becomes effective after 7 days from the date of official publication.
