1. The subject of experimental legal regime in the sphere of digital innovations in the financial market (further respectively - experimental legal regime, the subject of experimental legal regime) shall perform maintaining the register of persons who entered with the subject of experimental legal regime legal relationship within experimental legal regime (further - the register of persons), and also the register of the results of intellectual activities created including using technologies of artificial intelligence in case of realization of experimental legal regime (further - the register of results of intellectual activities), in electronic form.

2. The subject of experimental legal regime shall perform maintaining the register of persons by introduction of the following information about persons who entered with it legal relationship within experimental legal regime, including information on persons participating in use of the decisions developed using technologies of artificial intelligence:

2.1. Sequence number of entry in the register of persons.

2.2. Date of entering of data into the register of persons.

2.3. Concerning physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, - surname, name, middle name (in the presence), birth date and birth place, details of the identity document, registration address at the place of residence (the place of stay) or the registration address at the place of residence specified in the Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs (further - the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs), the primary state registration number of the individual entrepreneur (further - PSRNSP) (in the presence), the name of main type of economic activity under the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities according to the data containing in the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (in the presence), identification taxpayer number (further - INN) (in the presence), the insurance number of the individual ledger account (further - the Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account).

2.4. Concerning legal entities - the complete and reduced (in the presence) names, the primary state registration number (further - PSRN), the address specified in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (further - the USRLE), the name of main type of economic activity under the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities according to the data containing in the USRLE, digital country code on the All-Russian qualifier of the countries of the world (further - OKSM) (for the legal entities registered in the territory of foreign state).

2.5. Phone number and (or) e-mail address.

2.6. Number and date of the agreement or other document confirming the introduction of person in legal relationship with the subject of experimental legal regime.

2.7. Instruction on participation in use of the decisions developed using technologies of artificial intelligence (in applicable cases).

2.8. Number and date of the agreement (agreements) of insurance signed (prisoners) according to Item 13.2 of part 5 of article 10 of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 258-FZ "About experimental legal regimes in the sphere of digital and technological innovations in the Russian Federation" (further - the agreement (agreements) of insurance) (in applicable cases).

2.9. The size of insurance sum (insurance sums) under the agreement (agreements) of insurance (in applicable cases).

2.10. The complete and reduced (in the presence) names of the insurer who signed the agreement (agreements) of insurance (in applicable cases).

3. Entering of data, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the Instruction, into the register of persons, and also modification of the data containing in the register of persons shall be performed by the subject of experimental legal regime within one working day from the date of receipt of the data which are subject to entering into the register or information on change of such data.

4. The subject of experimental legal regime shall perform maintaining the register of results of intellectual activities by introduction of the following data on the results of intellectual activities created including using technologies of artificial intelligence in case of realization of experimental legal regime (further - results of intellectual activities):

4.1. Sequence number of entry in the register of results of intellectual activities.

4.2. Date of entering of data into the register of results of intellectual activities.

4.3. Name of result of intellectual activities.

4.4. Number of state registration (number of the patent), registration number (certificate number about state registration) result of intellectual activities (in applicable cases).

4.5. Date of emergence of exclusive right on result of intellectual activities.

4.6. Effective period of exclusive right on result of intellectual activities.

4.7. The name and the description of the technology of artificial intelligence applied during creation of result of intellectual activities (in the presence).
