1. Extend till December 1, 2025 (inclusive) the excise payment due dates coming during the period from September to November (inclusive) 2025 for steel liquid and severance tax on iron ore, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees.
2. Calculation of the terms established by this resolution is performed according to the procedure, the stipulated in Article 6.1 Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
