1. Declare invalid the order of the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 18, 2023 No. 371 "About approval of the list of household appliances and (or) devices of consumer electronics, and also their components which realization are exempted from the value added tax" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32537).
2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
