For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for implementation of the Investment project on construction and operation of solar power station capacity of 1900 MW, according to article 41 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs regulation", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Determine that the goods imported into the Kyrgyz Republic within implementation of the Investment agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic are exempted by the Sonningdale Limited company and RETsA limited liability company about project implementation of the construction and operation of solar power station signed on July 25, 2025 and approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 1, 2025 No. 556-t from payment of charges for making of the customs transactions connected with release of goods.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
