About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 9, of 66, of 67, of 69, 73 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", to Item 23 of the Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Civil code of Ukraine, for the purpose of assistance of safety and banking system stability, prevention of the crisis phenomena during introduction of warlike situation, maintenance of development of crediting of industries of economy the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
