1. Bring in Chapter 2 of the Section II Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of May 12, 2015 No. 315 (with changes), the following changes:

Paragraphs of the first and second of Item 2-1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2-1. The beginning of administrative production by determination of person connected with bank (further - administrative production) is day of registration by National Bank (date of creation) of the reference in which signs of coherence of person with bank are fixed (further - the Reference). The reference is constituted electronically and signed by the division manager of the National Bank responsible for licensing of banks (further - the head on licensing).
