About introduction of amendments to the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of August 17, 2022 No. 72-74) the following changes:
Part 2 of Article 9 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"Regulations of the bank law of the Kyrgyz Republic are not applied to activities of National bank of development of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
Part 1 of Article 40 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:
"The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic does not exercise licensing, supervision and regulation of activities of National bank of development of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
This constitutional Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
