About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning budget financing
For the purpose of strengthening of financial discipline and effective expenditure of means of the republican budget, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of budget advances from the republican budget to local budgets" of November 20, 2024 No. 706 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for provision of budget advances from the republican budget to local budgets approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Items 3-7 in the following edition:
"3. Consideration of question of provision of budget advance is made based on the written appeal of executive body of the local self-government in coordination with the local kenesh with indication of the required amount of budget advance sent to the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in area.
The city halls of the cities of Bishkek and Osh initiate question of allocation of budget advance in coordination with the local kenesh with indication of the required amount of budget advance.
4. Documents necessary for consideration of questions of issue of budget advance:
1) data on execution of the income of local budgets for the corresponding period in form according to appendix 1 to this Provision;
2) data on accounts payable in all respects expenses for the corresponding period in form according to appendices 2 and 3 to this Provision;
3) data on earlier received contractual commitments, and also terms of their repayment for the corresponding period in form according to appendix 4 to this Provision.
