About determination of the maximum amount of mortgage providing in the form of rights to claim on the credits

Establish the maximum amounts of mortgage providing in the form of rights to claim on the credits specified in Item 41-1 of the Provision "About Procedure for Carrying Out the Kyrgyz Republic of Credit Auctions by National Bank for the purposes of Refinancing and Maintenance of Liquidity" approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 27, 2013 No. 45/13, in the following percentage to the total amount of mortgage providing:

- no more than 70 percent for the credits issued to commercial banks within credit auctions of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- no more than 80 percent for the credits issued to commercial banks within credit auctions of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for the subsequent crediting of non-bank financial credit institutions.

2. To legal management:

- within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the relevant documents to publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To management of monetary transactions within 3 (three) working days from the date of official publication to bring this resolution to the attention of commercial banks, OYuL "Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan", microfinance companies, the microcredit companies and OYuL "Association of the Microfinancial Organizations".

5. To department "Secretariat of Board" within 3 (three) working days from the date of adoption of this resolution to bring this resolution to the attention of management of supervision of the non-bank organizations, managements of banking supervision, management of financial accounting and the reporting, management of monetary policy and legal management of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the board member of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic supervising management of monetary transactions.
