About modification of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state part 2 of Article 157 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 in the following edition:
"2. Shares can be freely addressing or is limited addressing, ordinary or exclusive. Shares depending on nature of transition of the property right to them can be only nominal.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
