About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. Article 165.9 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses (further - the code) of December 6, 1985:
1) to state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. Non-execution or improper execution by the non-financial organizations or persons which are physical persons, the obligations established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "about anti-money laundering and terrorism financing" or the legal acts adopted on its basis, except as specified, provided by part 1.2 of this Article for each violation: attracts the prevention or imposing of penalty in the amount of five hundredfold to the five-thousandth size of the established minimum wage.";
To add 2) with parts 1.1-1.3 following of content:
"1.1. The act provided by part of 1 this Article, made by the head of non-financial organization, being the legal entity, or the responsible person of organizers of games with prize, games with Internet prize, lotteries, bookmaker activities and also the official of state body having the obligations provided by this law for each violation:
involves the prevention or imposing of penalty in the amount of hundredfold to the thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
1.2. Non-execution or improper execution by the non-financial organizations and persons which are physical persons, obligations, the stipulated in Article 28 Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing" for each violation:
attracts the prevention or imposing of penalty in the amount of thousandfold to the ten-thousand size of the established minimum wage.
