About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 2 of article 254 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021 with Item 2.1 of the following content:
"2. 1) plunder of components, devices or the equipment of the vehicle if there are no essential elements of offense, stipulated in Item 3rd this part,".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
