Based on Item 2 of Article 102 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for transfer in the budget of means from privatization of state-owned property it (is applied).";

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
