About introduction of temporary ban on export of separate types of sulfur from the Russian Federation

According to articles 29 and 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, appendix No. 7 to the specified Agreement, Item 1 of part 2 of article 21 of the Federal law "About Bases of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity" and for the purpose of ensuring food security of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish temporary ban on export of sulfur liquid, granulated and lump (codes of the CN FEA EEU 2503 00 100 0 and 2503 00 900 0) (further - goods) from the Russian Federation.

2. The temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution does not extend:

a) on the goods which are taken out from the territory of the Russian Federation to state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also to the Republic of Abkhazia and the Republic South Ossetia;

b) on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for rendering the international humanitarian assistance to foreign states based on decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation;

c) on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation within the international transit carriages which are beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Russian Federation and also on the goods moved between parts of the territory of the Russian Federation through the territories of foreign states, and (or) the goods moved between parts of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union sea transport without calling foreign port;

d) on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring organization activity of the Russian Federation on Svalbard archipelago;

e) on the goods placed about day of entry into force of this resolution under the customs procedures allowing their export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union which about day of entry into force of this resolution are adopted by Russian Railways open joint stock company to transportation and (or) transportation or on which about day of entry into force of this resolution the loading order on the ocean ship is drawn up.

3. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, and is effective till December 31, 2025 inclusive.
