About modification of the Regulations on requirements to corporate management system and internal control system of finance company

According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 21, of 23, of 41 Law of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", for the purpose of establishment of additional requirements to corporate management system and internal control system of finance companies which were acknowledged significant state regulation and supervision for which activities is exercised by the National Bank of Ukraine, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Regulations on requirements to corporate management system and internal control system of finance company, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 27, 2024 No. 185 (further - the Provision), the following changes:

Item 3 of Chapter 2 of the Section I after the paragraph of the thirtieth to add 1) with the new paragraph the thirty first the following content:

"The term "significant finance company" is used in the value given in Regulations on criteria by which the importance of finance company, No. 102 approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 27, 2025 is determined.".
