I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 21, 2022 No. 295 "About approval of the Instruction for creation of electronic land cadastral maps" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 29862) the following change:
in the Instruction for creation of electronic land cadastral maps approved by the specified order:
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. Creation of electronic land cadastral maps is performed by The Government for Citizens State corporation based on the agreement signed with the central authorized body on management of land resources according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public procurements".
During creation of electronic land cadastral maps of accounting quarters of administrative and territorial units the schedule in which the existing electronic land cadastral maps of accounting quarters of administrative and territorial units and newly created administrative and territorial units are specified is constituted.
In case of change of borders of administrative and territorial units for newly created accounting quarter or accounting quarter which borders are changed the new electronic land cadastral map is created.
Frequency of updating of electronic land cadastral maps:
in the settlements specified in subitems 1) and 2) of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the administrative-territorial device of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Law on the administrative-territorial device) - 4-6 years;
in the settlements specified in subitems 3), 4) and 5) of article 3 of the Law on the administrative-territorial device - 7-10 years.".
2. To provide to management committee with land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
