Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About Dehkan (farmer) economy" of March 15, 2016 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2016, No. 3, the Art. 142) the following changes and amendments:

8. To state paragraph two of Article 26 in the following edition:
"-the citizens having right to use the parcel of land with the right of its alienation;".
9. In Article 27:
- in paragraph ten shall be replaced with words the word "cattle" "farm animals";
- the eleventh after the word "adjust" to add the paragraph with the words "cultivation and".
10. In Article 29:
- the fourth parts 1 after the word "in case of" to add the paragraph with words "cultivation and";
- to add part 2 paragraph two after the word of "payments" with the words "in non-cash form".
