Bring in the Federal Law of July 19, 2018 No. 197-FZ "About service in criminal executive system of the Russian Federation and about introduction of amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation "About the organizations and bodies performing criminal penalties in the form of imprisonment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 30, Art. 4532; 2021, No. 18, Art. 3060; 2022, No. 50, Art. 8792; 2024, No. 49, Art. 7433; 2025, No. 28, Art. 3848) following changes:
1) in Article 9:
a) to add part 2 after the words "not below secondary professional education" with words "(except for secondary professional education according to programs of training of skilled workers, employees)";
b) add with parts 5.1 and 5.2 of the following content:
"5.1. In criminal executive system can be appointed to positions:
1) the employees recognized by the military-medical commission not suitable for service in criminal executive system for health reasons owing to mutilation (wound, injury, contusion) or the diseases got on duty during mobilization, in wartime, in the conditions of warlike situation, emergency state, armed conflict, during counter-terrorist operation, and also other operations performed by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies, being combat veterans in connection with execution of such service duties and shown willingness to continue service in criminal executive system;
