About modification of appendices to the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 on approval of the Technical regulation about requirements to the data represented for filling of the customs declaration

No. 68-76, 143), with changes and amendments, and Item 276 of the Regulations on procedure for application of the Customs code approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, 193), with changes and amendments, I ORDER to Art. No. 93-96,:
1. The order of the director of Customs Service No. 563-O/2023 "About approval of the Technical regulation of requirements to the data represented when filling the customs declaration" to state in the following edition:
1.1 Appendix to the order, Chapter II, Section B, Heading 37: "Mode" to add with the following text:
"In case of specifying in the second cartridge of release 099 for goods delivered through the International free port Dzhyurdzhyulesht to the economic operator from east regions of the Republic of Moldova will be obligatory check that placement of goods in the territory of MSPD is performed for the purpose of storage, transfer or other similar transactions, without transition of the property right to goods for benefit of resident of MSPD".
1.2. Appendix No. 24 to Technical regulations about requirements to data for filling of the customs declaration to add with the following text:
